I was about to say that curse of darkness is too bright. It needs to be darker because I forget it's a curse half the time cause I literally can see everything

Perfect mod for streaming. Istg, this curse was added to the game with the sole intent to ruin video footage of it and make everyone's day a little bit more shitty.

thx, i usually have pretty low screen light when im playing on my laptop so when i get darkness i basically cant see

@ßleedıng Me I'm so glad that this mod is helpful for you! The devs really went overkill with making Curse of Darkness even darker in Repentance, and even before that it was a pain in the butt and players would just turn their Gamma up to circumvent it.

thanks a lot for this mod, as someone who struggles to see when it's dark I always saw curse of darkness as an unnecessary addition to the game

@DesolatePsyche It removes the Curse of Darkness at the start of each floor. Individual rooms that have Curse of Darkness applied to them are not removed.

does it remove curse entirely or make it more of AB+ ?

I don't want to bother you when you did so much already and im truly grateful for this and the other mod, but is there a way you could make a version for just curse of the blind, every other curse i understand existing , but CoB ruins the game for me a lot of the time.

@monkey If you are playing Afterbirth+, I highly recommend the configurable NO CURSES mod.

If you are playing Repentance, I just created the No More Curses Except Curse of Labyrinth! mod for users like you!

Thank god this exists, the change to Curse of Darkness is probably my least favorite aspect of Repentance, literally making the player unable to see the game is stupid.
