This mod allows you to disable whichever curses you want by using the Mod Config Menu, including curses added by mods.

You can also force non-modded curses in the settings.

There is also a setting in the config menu for if banned curses should still be allowed to happen if triggered mid-floor. (e.g. modded item that gives you a curse when you pick it up)

Depending on mod load order some modded curses may still show the banner when the floor loads but the curse will still be removed if you have disabled modded curses.

You can also change the settings by opening the console with ~ and entering in a combination of 'enable, 'disable' or 'force' along with a curse type (with 'allcurses' and 'moddedcurses' being valid types'), e.g: enabledarkness, disablelabyrinth, forceunknown, disableallcurses, enablemoddedcurses


This is included in POTATO PACK 2.

It is definitely not just Curse of the Blind. Got a crash entering a sacrifice room that had no items in it, even though I enabled curse of the blind in the menu. Other curses being disabled also causes crashes.

@☢ Nato Potato ☢ I confirm that this is one of the mods that makes your game immediately crash when entering specific rooms, after the latest update.

is anyone else getting curse of the darkness but there isn't any other curses for the run? it's starting to get a lil annoying

ugh, in the current rep+ its curse_eval function only runs if its the first mod in your enabled mod list that has a curse_eval function (e.g. having 'every floor mode' enabled makes this mods function fail, if I use luamod to reload 'every floor mode' then this mods function starts running but then 'every floor mode's curse check function stops working)

hopefully the devs will fix this, I did add a workaround to try to make curses update correctly even if the eval function fails, however the workaround can't remove/add curses which alter the level layout (e.g. labyrinth)

I'm not getting crashes but I am getting other weird issues that weren't happening before, hopefully fixing those and updating will help with the crashing.

If somebody wants to check their log.txt file ( User\Documents\my games\Binding of Isaac Repentance+ ) for crash info and send it to me with pastebin that might be helpful.

I've been using this mod for a long time and I don't understand why the game suddenly crashes now. I hope they fix it soon.
