My issue lies with the Armor balance on all the non-vanilla layers. They aren't balanced on a layer by layer basis (ie. based on the map & which factions are fighting each other) but instead each faction has a vehicle setup for each of the layer subsets (Motorized, Air Assault...)
For example, on every Motorized layer MEA gets 3 Kords, 3 BDRM-2, an MTLBM 6MA and an MTLB VMK. On the same Motorized layers GB gets 3 RWS LPPVs, 2 LPPV, 3 Scimitars, and a bulldog. Neither the strengths nor the quantity of pieces seems to match for any two combinations of factions in the motorized subset (with the exception being CAF / US that are identical). This leads to asymmetric armor even between conventional factions.
The same problems arise in all other layer subsets. Each faction gets a set of armor based on the subset, but few of them are balanced with relation to each other.
