Looks like a cool concept. Landscape + static meshes = performance savers. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

I am currently replacing all BSP with static meshes and on my computer it's not laggy maybe because I have 8GO of ram. For the ground i'll be using a landscape

Hey man, everything is made out of BSP and I think its killing performance. it's that or something else because this is so laggy for such a small map. I'm sure if you have it open in the editor it is laggy for you as well moving around in the camera mode. Instead of a BSP for the ground you might want to replace it with a heightmap. Check out tutorials on Youtube.
