this mod seems to fill the same purpuse.
I think there is a bug in the species part, the old planets always appear when I want to apply a space template on the population of a planet.
I allow all my mods to be freely reused as much as legally possible, and without crediting. This includes ACE, Void Dwellers Expanded, this mod etc (in parts I've authored).
I am not really interested in changing anything in the mod at this time.
effect remove_modifier = artist_monument_erected space_owner = { change_variable = { which = artist_monument_erected value = -1 } }
This should work as long as you still own the system.
If you want to increase (cheat in) your monument max limit click on any planet in your systems and execute:
effect space_owner = { change_variable = { which = artist_monument_purchased value = 1 } }
If I get around making a non-free version I'll use new Nemesis moddability functions to accurately grab resettlement price, when I get time.
There should be some auto-resettle mods for 3.0 already but IDK which ones.
