When are you going to put all the God fo war NPCs that we see in your inventory in the workshop? Or am I missing something?

I don't know if you'll update this addon again but if you were going to eventually plan on revisiting it, it'd honestly be perfect if you changed like 2 small things:
-making the meteors consistently doing like 500 damage or so with the whole splash damage since the way they land can by iffy and usually does just about nothing with the ai
-having the ai use the "multiclaw attack" since it's probably imo one of his best looking moves and it isn't overpowered where it'd offset anything

i dont know if this is an update but in when ares is lowered to about 10000 health and starts rapidly taunting and regenerating health a missing texture icon appears above him

if you activate that animation and succesfully spam "e" enough, and immediately attack again he should die, at least in my experience he did.

This is a really fun mod, but is there a way to change the amount of health he recovers? The passive regeneration the giant form has and the healing moves/abilities make it almost impossible to kill

just kill him faster

and then he heals himself

i cannot kill him after his health downs to 19000 a round glitch comes i press e and he stops me from killing him

I was able to pretty much fix it after a lot of trial and error but messages in the console still appear like the following:

Other than the souls of hades possibly looking different than usual, it looked akin to the models in the one Zeus vs Ares video you made

@Garlic Gladiator can you tell me what it says in the console when he summons his weapons ?

for whatever reason all of the weapons wont load properly, they're invisible, and not all of the effects are the modern ones, they're the old versions, like the meteors. is there a specific way to fix this or is it the addon? I tried commands in console, and I tried removing mods in case it wouldn't load properly because I've had an issue like that before, and such, but nothing worked.

Could you make his attacks more frequent and maybe make his attacks do more damage? I just sat an npc with a lot of health to test next to em that wouldn't attack him to test this and he attacked like 4 times, and without exaggeration went like 12 seconds without doing anything, just kinda walking around it and then it did a random melee attack. I'd really appreciate if he was more aggressive with that. Oh and also with enemies that are far away maybe he could prioritize moves that are ranged instead of slowly moving towards them, excluding when he somewhat rarely does the meteorite attack or sprints at you for example. With the damage thing I just thought it'd be cool if he dealt more damage with all of his attacks, that's all. If you make these changes in a future update that'd be great! Oh and also the other addons you released recently are amazing, nice job!!

not sure if its from other addons but pressing 4 to shoot a singular fireball doesnt make him shoot a fireball at all

he is probably mostly prioritizing other npcs so i aint sure but what i do know is itll be a crap ton of fun when hes released alongside others like zeus

just tested it and its so cool, works great against other giant npc's, i would suggest you to start making a god of war 1 or 2 enemies npc pack, it would be awesome, and again, great addon!

Key 9 = Hammer flamethrower attack
I = Hammer shockwave attack
M = Music
P - Mute Music
E = Claw stab attack

Since Ares in the animations has parry and riposte animations, does that mean he can be parried or he can parry ds1 players?

Just wanted to say that this is pretty awesome! you have some of the best addons i have seen on Gmod! its one of the first times I have pit two bosses against each other and it actually feels like an amazing battle instead of them just running up to each other and doing some turn based attacks until one of them dies. amazing work

I like the new update but I found 2 bugs. One of them is when you press J it plays the theme but no doppelgangers spawn and for the second one you cant block when you hold right mouse

for some reason taking damage is healing him?

Something really fun is to fight this as your senator armstrong nextbot. Its actually a very fun fight
