But yeah, due to recent updates, I kind of can't work on her much anymore due to LAG...
She absolutely, positively needs to steam up before she'll move! Takes around 5-10 minutes, depending on the lag.

I could've sworn I encountered this alignment issue when I was converting her to steam, and fixed it...
Pause the game, open the "Addon Editor".
Click "Load a saved addon".
Click "Workshop".
Click "RMS Olympus NightScale Edit".
Click "Test Location" (The little flag icon).
Go to your map. Find the oil right location (Might have to google what it looks like). If the map's all darkness, go to the "Custom menu", and click "Reveal the map", as well as "Unlock all islands".
Click the little home icon on the oil rig. Click yes to teleport there.
Boom. Done.
The elevator issue was NOT on my end. The Stormworks dev team has fixed a bug that broke the elevator.
