No, it's on the same place you find the normal cosmetic item. It's located on models/workshop/player/items/medic/fall2013_aichi_investigator

This room is a bit buggy*

This room is a big buggy, you can't select some stuff. Like, if you want to use the ragdoll mover, you need to select the axis (some of the arrows) while a model or something that's not the white room is at the background. If you try to move the arrow while behind the arrow is the white room, it won't work.

Dunno if you got the idea, but anyways.

I do, but it does not notice me selecting the ragdoll! By the way, I guess you totally don't care anywas, but check out my screenshots. :p

My scout character sudently decides to go through the floor, flying around in the floor, causes massive lag, and makes my game crash.

Just equip the color tool, select your color and apply on the walls. Yes, I was on the white room.
