Marv, high/min rps is thresholds for switching gears that means when rps reaches one of them gear will change to higher or lower one. It is useful for getting different perfomance out of your engine - lets say you building a rally car then it would perform better at shorter gears(small delta between min/max rps thresholds)

I found the problem, I'm just an idiot. I forgot to add fuel. your controller works really good with 4 engines btw!

Tkmined, I recommend using it with one engine, otherwise you should check your gears carefully and also make sure you made enough "RPS space" for gear sequences to occur freely
