I am not sure what went wrong but it seems something did indeed go wrong somewhere. Problem was fixed by removing the mod from the mod list.
According to original author of Taped TV Shows mod this function is now in vanilla with the VHS loot. But I don't know what this expansion does exactly so... I'm just gonna go ahead and assume it's now obsolete.
Sorry again for the false alarm. I really didn't notice the update until I noticed the missing channels and went to redownload everything. I didn't see a change at first, so I came here. Looks like things are working, though.
At least, those are the issues I've noticed. I've since unsub/resubbed to both mods in case that fixes it. I'll let you know if it does.
I'm sure Erin is just busy with real life stuff, and will come back to update it when all her things are sorted.

Still no tapes spawning though, new save, and I'm able to spawn them in using Necro Forge, and play them.
I can spawn them in using Module.Item on necroforge, and play them, but they simply don't spawn.
Any ideas?
