texPath seems to be okay, but textures themselves are located only in 1.2 patch folder.
There is an Improved Insects Mod that changes the way the Vanilla Faction Insects Expanded Mod handles its bugs (including making it possible to tame them).
It adds an Insect Primacy Meme that does EXACTLY what you are looking to implement.
So when my colonist is working on getting 40/40 fine meals ready, it doesn't matter if there's 78 fine insect meals, they'll still keep working forever if there aren't 40 regular fine meals.
While the original deep fried version is just a pemmican deep fried. Just like the original but with my own texture. Not worth putting details on it.

That said, the Hotel is 80% efficient and will make enough meat for 1 fine meal every 3 days. The Condo is 100% efficient and will make enough for 1 fine every every 1.2 days. My working theory was that vanilla treats meat as more valuable than veggies and realistically, some of the nutrition would be lost in the form of castings and bugs that wander off before you can farm them. Gameplay is more important than theory though, so if it needs bumped up, let me know.
Might I also ask If the Bug Condo/Hotel is efficient or does it just change plant matter into insect food. Like does it change 50 plant matter into like 75 insect meat or 50 insect meat?
or you can do like they do in Asia and just eat them.
