there is the V2 version thats none weapon core but i have no idea if it works what so ever

it seems that the only weapon doing any damage is the proton beam turret. and that doesn't even show up in the G menu unless you type it into the search bar. I've tested every other weapon, tryin to find a good spinal mount cannon for a destroyer I'm building.

V2 was None WC but V3 wouldnt be possible to make None WC as is sorry

Hello some of the death Star superlaer doesn't do any damage from the type of blocks I just tested from my creation when I fire it it doesn't any damage from the block is if ok to test it out?

not to worry, its still a really cool mod and I sure hope you get time/patience to work on it, v2.1 is integral to my build, but this one looks way better.

yea V2.1 still works partially which is shocking particles are broke on it but the damage still works. this mod does need updating to work yes. I also did a utter shit job on this first time round

The Author is working on MCRN Weapons V2 right now. Based on an earlier reply these are out dated and needs to updated to use DSSL V3. Based on that reply these weapons are not fully compatible with the current version of Space Engineers and Weapon Core. Hence all the bugs related to it. But this mod is on the Author to do list after MCRN Weapons V2.

There seems to be a bug when you load into the game. When the Onager Superlaser is placed in a build. The weapon model seems to be invisible.
Also any chance of an update to fix or enhance the firing effect?

Currently power doesn't charge which makes the weapons useless....

unsure, haven't tried it it was made for WC 1. but i believe WC 2 supports WC 1 configs but don't quote me on that i'm not fully sure this uses a very old config.

thats a bug i was testing with another experimental superlaser a week or 2 ago and was having the same issue i'll look into it.

For some reason, they're not making big holes in voxel terrain, but instead small ones the size of small ship drill holes. Is this intentional or a bug in the mod/game?

I believe Dark Star is working on adding a config system for Weaponcore mods which would allow a server owner to change the damage power ect stats for weapons. not sure if its in yet though

is there a way in the config to balance the dmg these do? it'd be cool if i could actually use them on a server with sever limitations like an actual superweapon instead of a hax blaster death ray.. (which is also awesome)

the 1.6 km is the blast-diameter of the death star laser.
it will always cause that hole, regardless of range, meaning: never fire it up close or you yourself are gone.

target a enemy ship you want to shoot using control and your mouse and it should target that.

no because destroying planets in SE is impossible
the Death Star Superlaser will make a 1.6km wide hole in the floor though.

you mean like a turret? or a curving beam?
those weapons are meant to be like originals where you need to position your ship to hit the target.
not to mention that it would bring it's own set of problems with alternating beam positions for an angled firing.
