I actually already made the 407 / Velaro D:

I know, but the only difference I found is that one can operate in more countries. So I don't think it makes sense to make two versions. :)

The ICE 3 is actually two different generations, DB class 403/406 and DB class 407 (aka Velaro). The photo looks like 403 or 406.
