It should be in the mission, if not you can download the ferry and terminal separately you can put them both in a mission and test it.

Its seems to not be working for certain people. You can download my ferry and terminal separately and create the mission yourself, then test it

You can either spawn it as a test mission, or download the ferry and teminal separately as vehicles
