Thanks. It helps to start with a good canvas. I added a rad detector & suit then replaced one regular bed with a medical bed. I also added a speargun after trying to rescue casualties from a ship during a kraken attack. And getting eaten by a shark during another sea rescue.

Best Vtol ever made

Seems to be having some kind of lift issues. Sometimes, it just doesn't want to take off, goes up a few meters than goes back down, or just sits a few meters off the ground and will not go up further. Seems to do it loaded or unloaded, though its worse the more loaded it is. The lift issues seem to be getting worse, I don't remember having this problem when I first downloaded it a month or so ago, now the problems happen about 60% of the time I try and take off.

This is amazing. I cannot get the water propellers to work though

any plans to update this? it doesnt seem to function as well anymore since the industry update and i think the water props are broken now.

Tried many different things on the workshop, by far this is one of the best. Don't stop updating it pls!!

S.O.S. - how can I disconnect the front Fuel connector?
On both sides are release buttons, but i can't find such for the front connector

Great construction. Only thing I'm missing, is a camera for ladder control in carrer mode where you have no 3rd person view. Thats a critical feature.

apart from having some lift issues when the cargo tank is full... the only other real issue i have with this is the weathervaning with the autopilot on.. it doesnt fly right towards the point. outside of that though i love this thing

I accidentally sank this vehicle, is there a possibility of taking it underwater?

I don't know why, but every time I use this for a sea rescue, I end up with near hurricane force winds. Yet this beast handles it like it like its nothing!!

the only problem i have with this thing is that you can't use the fuel connector or folding ladder while carrying a container... other than that, this is pretty much the perfect vehicle

No doubt one of the coolest creations in the workshop... Thank you. One request though, If you could add a way to disconect the fuel connector inflight that would be amazing. I can hookup to the fuel probe at the refinery, but I cant diconect from it.

works great, only to much going on, we need a lit version, as it was lagging a bit with 4 other vehicles in the smae spot, i just got a gaming machine and its no potato :)

Thanks for thanks for the detailed review )) I deliberately left a more primitive beacon finder to make sense in the observation deck, I also like the search process itself and a small challenge

I play solo exclusively. Not being much of a builder, I've been tinkering with a container-sized frame to serve as a floating "rescue platform" that can be lowered by the various container-carrying VTOLs from the Workshop into the water. This is to enjoy the speed and convenience of an aerial rescue, while overcoming the usual problems of:

1. Maintaining the helicopter/flying boat's position while performing the rescue.
2. Bringing casualties (often one at a time) onboard.
3. Smoothly going in-and-out of the vehicle while bringing in casualties.

But this? Not only you managed to get it to work, it proved to be a far more elegant solution!

The only issue is full-health NPC dying and falling through the closed door for reasons unknown, and the beacon finder could be better (perhaps a map screen with rudimentary triangulation features).

Just the fact that the spotlights and the water cannons reset themselfs to their default positions after use makes this one of the best vehicles on the workshop.
Nevertheless I have 2 suggestions to make it better.
First: some of the equipment holders under the beds are not connectet to the power grid.
Second: Could you maybe add an option to controll the 4 rope-winches seperatly? It would make hauling stuff easyer. Thx.

hey ive got 1 problem with the osprey when i land in the ocean to get some water it wont allow me to get back out im having trouble because i like todo fire missions and this thing is would be awesome but i cant collect water
