He should be in the Legendary Lords section. If you are playing the Sisters of Twilight and he doesn't appear there, you probably have a mod conflict.

A small nitpick, he stands a little bit too taller and bigger than every lords and heroes that isn't a monster, could you resize his model akin to SFO's integrated resize mod?
