描述
This patch adjusts the stats of shawmuscle's Sceolan in order to fit into the SFO balance, as well as adding a few skills and effects from SFO.

Please let me know of any balance issues, bugs or suggestions you might have.

He should be in the Legendary Lords section. If you are playing the Sisters of Twilight and he doesn't appear there, you probably have a mod conflict.
