idk why, but my sfm crash, when I choose first 1 demo with 2 eyes, then 2 demo with 2 eyes (other model,) and get crash :steamsad:

hey im having problems with the head coming out white

Alright I fixed it. The Gmod version had the proper diffuse texture so I just ported that into SFM. Did the same for the "Fired" variant only being some odd red gradient. Model is b-e-a-utiful. Wonderful job, Maxxy.

Dunno if this will ever get an update to it or not, but this model is missing some of it's textures such as the fired skin's proper robes and the hatless demo's base head texture. It's a shame because this model looks great, but it lacks some it it's basic necessities. Hope it gets an update soon, but that's highly unlikely to happen. For now I'll just use the normal demoman.

the faces are broken, everything else is alright, But the faces are wierd, the soldiers head is blue, and the demo has a wierd black spot, and some weird stuff as well. in Sdk I have Workshop and tf_movies over tf and hl2. and for some reason I cant move the tf and hl2 thing, it's faded

I have another problem. All the fired models have completely red clothies and i dont know how to fix it i tried deleting it manualy like in the Error fix but it did nothing. Does anyone else have this problem?

GUYS! I FOUND A FIX FOR THE HEAD PROBLEM! Right click it, and press "Add Override materials". Then, right click it again and hover over "Show in element viewer" then "Model". Go to the bottom and click the + next to Materials. Then click the + next to "demoman_enhanced_hwm". Right click that, "Add Attribute", "String". Then replace whatever is in the typing box to "$basetexture". Then, a new $basetexture will show up under "demoman_enhanced_hwm". Replace whatever is to the right of it to "models\player\demo\demoman_head.vmt". No problem, guys.

Theres a really bad issue with the VTF of the models. I dont know why but one of the VTFs is broken, and when I open these models up in SFM, their textures are just wrong. Demoman has black lips and brown face, but back of head is grey. :/ Take a look at it ASAP!!!
