@niqueil.bendak there is a medium winch on the inside roof of the "sea sovereign" helicopter that you can connect the top of the water bucket to. of course its going to be different for each helicopter design but some tips for this helicopter is don't make the cable length too small

Ok, thanks. See these are the things I had no way to know, I've never used a bucket before. Copying and pasting the same instructions you gave for the water cannon--and I assume the rest of your addons--was more confusing than helpful.

Ah. To the side? Wouldn't that unbalance the helicopter? Obviously moving it down wasn't gonna work, I tried anyway, but naturally the helicopter just dropped on top of it and fell over instead of winding up in any usable position. I think your other advice may be the only way. I'd have to go to a dedicated helicopter base though, I was trying it on Creative Base and I'm not going to be able to pick anything up while I'm inside the hangar.

This bucket is universal for multiple helicopters so it doesn't have default position, you have to move it to the side manually

Mr. Noise, we are using the paste tool exactly as you instructed. I almost didn't, because it pasted over half the helicopter, but I tried it directly as instructed in the end, pasting it in default position with the helicopter in its default position. Unfortunately it pasted over a number of things, disabling half the avionics just for a start. It may have opened up the fuel tanks and left us empty, as the engines will not start; the fuel readout is in negative numbers.

So please don't insult us. We didn't misuse the paste tool; we followed your instructions exactly and the system does not work. Please revise your instructions.

Just spawn the bucket as separate creation and use cable that is on board to connect it instead, if you don't know how to use paste tool properly.

Both of those seem to be unrelated to the bucket itself.
And to use water cannon you need to select it on one of the middle MFD's, press "next screen" until you see the water cannon screen.

oh no the one on bucket is supposed to be there, it transmits power to the pump, you should use cable in the heli itself oppoisite the winch controls

If this makes a difference I use the blue cable connected to the bucket to hook it up to the heli...

No I use the mission editor and place it underneath. I test the mission location and then I hook it up.

oh do you spawn the bucket alongside the helicopter using merge tool? if you do that then bucket is one block too low and when you paste it in nozzles get deleted.

did you use blue calble to connect it? and did you try pressing button under winch controls? if that button doesnt work then i dont know what could be wrong.

So I have been using this, and I can’t get it to pump water out. I put this under water and it fills with water. Then I press 3 in the heli and nothing happens. I can clearly see that there is water in the bucket but nothing happens when I press 3. (Yes I connected the cable inside the middle winch)
