@Spencer I know this is like a year+ later but I guess for anyone else wondering; yes it works with sxb as it only edits the head and not the body.

The hairstyles need to be updated with the edited ears, there's a big hole in some of the hair styles. Also, the eyes don't change color. Just thought I'd let you know :3
