my pc recently died so i lost my mod file and cannot edit it any further so feel free to down-vote the mod

I wonder if any of my other mods have this issue, because They use pretty much the same code. I don't think I could update it anyway because i lost the original mods due to my computer being broken because of a broken disk drive :steamsad:

Yeah, that code change should put it on the end of the array instead of replacing an existing recipe, I don't think it was the fault of your mod but good to do anyway.

Okay. So, I should have done this a while ago, but I looked into this further; turns out that according to my logs, XBawk's Race Extender is actually the culprit, as I tested 4 conditions:

1) neither with FU -- 0 unlocks missing
2) XBawk's & BUP with FU -- 6 unlocks missing
3) BUP with FU -- 0 unlocks missing
4) XBawk's with FU -- 6 unlocks missing

Consider this an apology for wasting your time haha.

Right, so I asked about it in the FU Discord server, and the short of what they explained is making sure of this:

"Add default recipes in player.config.patch using "/-" rather than "/0""

Probably some sort of mod conflict, although I don't know why an instrument would do something like that.

None of the files contain anything that would interfere with the games files, other than the ability to craft it and use it.

This breaks default unlocks for some races in FU just so you know, not sure why. I removed it and I was able to craft Torches again.
