I made the skirt, and there isn't much to it to be honest. just bunch of blocks on sliders.

When I spawn it on land, and then very slowly go over the beach, into the water(slowly and carefully), it still sinks.

I recommend spawning it on land. It barely floats without the engines on.

Sorry but that ain't really possible due to how it works. The real LCAC also doesn't float very well without the skirt inflated afaik
