There are little olive-coloured triangles at the edge of the water which allows you to expand the water, but it can only be expanded to a certain size (goodness knows why). For a large area you'll need several of the water assets.

To flood, I simply used the 'Water Reflective' asset and put it over the route to cover some things in water. It's pretty simple.
If it's not appearing in scenarios or in the route builder after you've placed it, then double -click it and set the detail level to 10. The update for TS15 made all assets with low detail level go invisible in scenarios.

Ya no, if it rally was flooded like this, these trains won't even run. But Ah get it. (It's a mostly boring game to most people) Got 2 put some excitement in it.

Would I be allowed to use this route to make a scenario for the steam workshop?

Steam locos wouldn't be able to run either because the water may get above the fire height and put it out.
So basically no trains would be able to run in a flood...
But this route has to have trains. So 3rd Rail or whatever, I'm keeping the 377's because it looks very strange and comical.

Major flaw in the route... No 3rd-Rail (or diesel locomotives, for that matter) would be even able to operate if this were a real flood. The only locomotives that would be even close to eligibility for operation would be steam locomotives. "A" for effort, "D" for rationality

It would be, but the Ryde Tunnel is a problem. The water goes too high even when the water is as low as the track. Perhaps one day...

Isle of Wight would be fun to flood because it is a island :-)

I don't have the Riviera line but I do have the PDL and Isle of Wight. It would be fun to flood them both, so I might do it. I'm very busy at the moment (I have about 10 routes and a few scenarios going at once!), but I'll try to get round to doing them.

Please could you make one of these with the Riviera Line, Portsmouth Direct Line or Isle of Wight?

It's actually very easy. I simply get a 'Decal Water Reflective' asset and stretch it as far as it will go, then I put it down onto the desired level on the land. The best results come from below the passenger and cab view camera heights. It is very fun to watch the water come 'flooding' in. In this route, Clapham Junction and London Victoria are flooded!

Now under construction: London to Faversham: Flooded! As of request of Driver#2412, I am creating a flooded version of London Faversham. Also included will be a scenery extension including scenery for Camden Road Overground station. Hope you like the sound of this!

This isn't a scenario, it's a route. Unfortunately I don't know how to create standard and career scenarios, but with this route is included Quick Drive from East Croydon to Victoria and vice versa, and a free roam from Clapham Junction.

This looks cool, but I do not have DLC for it. Can you make a flooded London to Faversham High Speed?

London to Brighton: Flooded! The first version makes the land from just before Clapham Junction to London Victoria flooded! Take your train and go straight through the water! When you go from Clapham Junction to Victoria on one branch at the large junction, your train goes underwater! Have fun, I'll flood more of this route in the weeks to come!
