It'd be awesome if these had the potential to drop from the penguin enemies in the Dreadwing mission aswell

alright, checking the stats, I'd say the damage values are actually perfect as they are, but I think all the guns should be tier 4 since we're talking after a tier 3 boss here

I feel like these small weapons fit in with the normal characters becuase the normally generated feel too big for me.

Well, technically, those weapons are not comically small, but pretty much proper size, with almost the same scale as in reality.
But, compared to the ones in the game itself, they indeed look like a kid's toys.
