The id of the standard Atomic Sign is atomicsign .
Old Atomic Sign (the blue-purple sign): atomicsignold
American Atomic Sign (the yellow-purple sign): atomicsignusa

Do you know if this Atomic Sign (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Radiation_warning_symbol-US.svg) is actually in use in the US? If so, I could add it as a seperate sign...

There are many places where you can find it, as example in Apex laboratories or in little structures on Alien Planets.
The Atomic Sign isn‘t craftable and findable yet, I have to add as minimum one of the both things...

I can do that, but it‘s a little harder in 24x24 pixels. With as example 1024x1024 pixels it‘s very easy but in Starbound it would claim more space at the wall...

So It's Hard to accuratelly recreate the sign in the game?

@zachery It's Starbound, I have to paint it with pixels and the original image would be too big.
I have tried to pixel on the same surface that the biohazard sign has, but you cannot do much with little sizes. The more detail you want the bigger your texture will get and the more space the furniture will claim on the surface or the wall, depending on the furniture settings.
I had such a picture as sample but I hadn't much space there...
