Has anyone ever experienced this? So i was starting up the ship and then i put it to full throttle instantly, then the boilers exploded.....

I'm not sure if it was a glitch, but I spawned it at night, turned on the lights so I could see, and about 10 seconds later they went off and were stuck off like a battery was dead. I was able to get the ship up and running, but the lights never came back on.
