mastorakos aggelos - this happens with RNG mods sometimes. There is no specific way to prevent it that I know of.

But there's an issue I found. Whenever I would kill a female , the dead body would transform to male

Theoretically yes. But if so, I would make a separate version, because I think most people have other mods for the l4d2 smoker model already.

When playing confrontation, sometimes it doesn't show the first-person perspective. You should add the perspective of Female's Smoker.

The male one here does use custom textures if you have them

Bodygroups for the special infected only work locally single player or when you are hosting; texture RNG works all the time.

Seems that file includes the smoker texture .... for some reason. That would explain the conflict.
