mastorakos aggelos - this happens with RNG mods sometimes. There is no specific way to prevent it that I know of.

But there's an issue I found. Whenever I would kill a female , the dead body would transform to male

Theoretically yes. But if so, I would make a separate version, because I think most people have other mods for the l4d2 smoker model already.

When playing confrontation, sometimes it doesn't show the first-person perspective. You should add the perspective of Female's Smoker.

Bodygroups for the special infected only work locally single player or when you are hosting; texture RNG works all the time.
