im not sure if it's this or another submod but my TWR crashed, is this a possible problem?

It might, I haven't tested it for compatibility with other submods, but as long as the national focuses and events don't clash it should work.

Oh, it should unlock after Hitler's death. Just pick an event option and it should open them.

This isn't necessarily "TWR expanded" more of "French countries expanded"
