AN: I don't think that a New Europe works anymore,

Current Features(including but not limited to):
People's Germany now can remove Fanatical revolts and Austrian Problem for all the paths they go down.
No more excessively high consumer goods for being democratic or for highly industrialized.
Germany(Nazis) can remove Native Revolts.
Kazan can find Stalin regardless of path.
Zhukov can now get all of Novosibirsk's generals if Rokovossky escapes, plus options to make it even more likely for him to do so.
If Novosibirsk pardons Zhukov, they can get all of his generals.
Russian Republic can get even larger chunks of Beria's men to defect.
Perm Government has options to guarantee Konev and Vlasov surrender peacefully, as well as getting Novosibirsk's and Zhukov's generals if Kalininists are in power.
