All the permissions are literally in the description. And no, the police mod is up to date, all my mods should be up to date and i don't know for other people's mods

You have to setup the groups (because sadly the game doesn't have it automatically configured for offline mode) so you have permission the use the commands.

Then you can give items, vehicles, etc. of any installed mod you have
