Could have been a commercial structure purchased by the local municipality to use as a library.

its small and i love it. 3x3 Tiles. i needed a "Small Public Library" and i found this and it works. (01-08-2023) :steamthumbsup:

Just what I was looking for... that base game version is too big for starting a town.

Thank you. The base game library is really huge, so I was looking for a smaller one to fit into a little town that I'm bulding right now. This one should work.

Thanks! Nice to look at and exactly what I was lookging for. Often find myself not building the vanilla library cause it's just too big.
