I wanted a small library with a big radius for small rural towns.
The Library what comes with the game is just too big and expensive for small villages with low populations.

This Public Library has the next stats:
- Capacity of 40 visitors
- Service radius 1000
- Cost to built $8000
- Cost to maintain $128/wk
- Only 10 jobs
- 3x3 tiles (minimum is 3x2 tiles)
- No night illumination (not open 24/7, but only daytimes)
