Yeah. It is based on Villas of Positano Condo from Hollywood beach.

So we were driving by Hollywood beach and then I saw a building that looked exactly like this,

I then proceeded to point at it and was like "no way it's the building from cities: skylines"

I was just on google earth in Hollywood beach FL but I noticed I had this asset in my workshop but at least Now I know where to find this resort at. (Use Bird eye view or Street side view and you would start to see it.)

Its nice yes only one thing this Beach Resort looks like a Replica from Clearwater in Florida. And Clearwater is the HQ of Scientology https://www.tampabay.com/news/localgovernment/Leader-of-Clearwater-s-strong-mayor-initiative-goes-to-work-for-prominent-Scientologist_172737644/ Compare this picture with that nice model. I will not take it sorry.
