Hello everybody,

Here is first building published from my Palm beach Series. It is a beach resort. This asset contains two buildings (main building and condos). Both you can find under Unique Buildings level 3. You can use RICO settings by algernon to make them as a hotel or residential. This choice is completely up to you. Enjoy

Yeah. It is based on Villas of Positano Condo from Hollywood beach.

So we were driving by Hollywood beach and then I saw a building that looked exactly like this,

I then proceeded to point at it and was like "no way it's the building from cities: skylines"

I was just on google earth in Hollywood beach FL but I noticed I had this asset in my workshop but at least Now I know where to find this resort at. (Use Bird eye view or Street side view and you would start to see it.)
