What? No, that's just the ambient soundscape. It's the same one used in the apartments in Half-Life 2.

it added a bunch of footsteps, breaking plates, coughs, toilet flushes, creaking metal, and other random sounds. i think the mod was trying to play the sounds the mod would make but could not load the npcs because the map is not supported.

i think it was the background npcs mod it was having errors on the map
