Yeah now the only thing I want that's remotely realistic is a live, numeric HP display (Like, it says you have X/Y HP, where X is your current and Y is your max...or just say X%) instead of a bar

It does now
Unless you mean vanilla targets, which are found in the mech tutorial mission. Those basically output a constant signal until they're broken, at which point you have to make a new one and rewire it.
