Sorry for the inconvenience! You can download the file from KerbalX (link in discussions) and put it in your game's SPH folder (I don't know how the path looks like on macOS though).

Steam Workshop has been giving me a lot of troubles lately. I desperately want to fix these files, but I have no idea how. Glad KerbalX still works and provides for another download source.

The "missing module" message can be ignored. It's because I had HullCam mod for film making purpose, that mod adds additional functionalities to stock parts.
