Hey great mod, I have a couple questions though. Can you add celtic/goidelic culture groups into the list? Also, I think the requirements are way too high, I haven't seen a single character who'd come even close to matching the requirements.

with Celtic branch of pagan religion, women can already be champions, but no way to recruit them with enough prowess

Now, if I start the game with the rule "Equality", this is obsolete, right?

@Solomani : I can use them as commanders (Sweden, tribal, asatru, norse)

Had something strange with this mod, it seems that it also checks male characters for prowess. Must be at least 7. Martial education does not help, if prowess is less then 7. I'll keep the mod, since it kinda make sense :)

Seems all good. They even show up when I call for champions. Only negative is they can't serve as commanders over an army. You spend the money to recruit them, yet you can't use their skills.

Could you also add Tengri please?

I've made made an update.
They now need either any martial education trait OR be blademaster/hunter 2-3.
I've also included slavic religion as an option.

If you're having a hard time finding someone, try using the search function sort for female pagans and prowess, sway/send gold to get them to come. I also recommend easier invite mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2218420765

@412345123214 If you're going to change things I recommend making your own personal mod folder from the launchers mod tools where you can put things you've changed without risk of having them overwritten.

I'm the High Queen of the whole Scandinavia and a was still not able to find a single female that attends all these requirements. I'll ask you to maybe lower them, or ensure that we will find one or another while playing, please. I really want a shieldmaiden for my character.

say that I want to edit the requirements does steam auto removes them for every steam start up ? or do I just move the file to the mod folder so it doesnt change ?

No there aren't. The trigger is in 00_war_and_peace_triggers.txt.

hello are there shieldmaidens in the base base game? because cant seem to find can_be_warrior_trigger anywhere outside of this modded shieldmaidens file :)

I think it's more fun to be able to recruit foreign shieldmaidens to your cause, and since it can be quite difficult due to negative opinion I do not see much harm in it.
I will not change it as of now at least, but if you search for "shieldmaidens" in your steam folder it should take you to the proper file, open it, read and follow the instructions I've left there and they will be limited to only asatro rulers.

Can you make a version that only allows Asatru to appoint shieldmaidens? I really like the changes you made except the ones that allow other faiths to do so
