Simple Shieldmaidens

I wanted a simpler shieldmaiden mod than what was available from other modders.

- Makes changes only to "can_be_warrior_trigger".

This mod allows you to appoint women as your champion/knight if they meet these conditions:
- Must be female
- Must be adult
- Must be in your court or be your subject
- Must be norse OR slavic unreformed or reformed faith
- Must have any martial education trait OR blademaster / hunter rank 2 - 3
- Must have a prowess of 14 or higher
- Must not be pregnant
These higher standards are in place to make them more rare.

- Non-norse rulers who manage to recruit someone that meet those conditions may also put them into their service. Do not convert them or they cannot serve you.
- Shield-maiden's cannot be put in command of armies but will serve as champion in them.
- AI should use this without any problems.
- Works with new or saved games.
- It's also been changed so ALL knights/champions need prowess 7 or higher to be appointed.

All of these requirements can of course be byspassed by converting to or making a religion with gender equality.
