this mod add to many pop up it was a great mod to bad about all the 10 min of closing pop ups it was a fun mod hope you fix

that might very well be, i haven't updated it in literal years at this point, might be they completely reworked how things, well ... work in 1.9.x

it turn into 365 year instead of 1 year as that number is yearly number instead of day

could you at least make it say, that the mod is not outdated
as in updated for 1.6

@SPC. militaryhistory1 , it should reload when you load into the game, that's how i test if changes work as intended, i have to restart the game and load a save to test every change.

If you mouse-over the decision it should say when it will be available again

I'm not sure, but if Venemar tried it I guess it works? You could try to simply greatly reduce the drunkard event chance in feasts and the problem would be solved, this is a great mod, since 5 years for feasts&hunts is quite long.

@Venemar & @Earendel you are both right, weight gain used to be 7 every 5 years, and now if you use the feast every year you'd gain a weight score of 20 in the same amount of time.

The way to offset this is to ALSO hunt whenever you feast. That knowledge doesn't help the AI though, i never changed how likely they are to pick this action.

By vanilla default they just check if they can feast every 60 days, and just do it. Compared to the Hunt decision which now has 24 lines of code to decide if it really needs/wants to do it, including actually taking his stress level into account :D

Having said all that: Does this mod even still work for the current version ? i haven't touched my mods in ages and the code has changed a bit since Royal Court. (i play ironman for achievements now)

Below post is correct, everyone in my dynasty are turning into drunkards. Good concept but needs adjustments made to the code. Unfortunately beyond my skills.

I think this mod is turning 50% of the game characters into drunkards since the AI often picks up that trait in feasts

@Bodermdrift, will you be able to update the mod to 1.4 in the future? Not that you are required to do so of course. I'm just grateful for this mod as I hate going through a busy year without the opportunity to hold a hunt and a feast each year. Thank you! :)

Yes it did but u changed alrdy

I added the new code, it actually changed for 1.3 so i imagine the mod broke stuff related to the first Legal Legacy (30% discounts on hunts and feasts), should work now as i literally copy/pasted the original code and bumped the version number, in my test game the timer is 12 months, but i didn't play long enough to get the Law legacy 1. Let me know if something is wrong and i'll take a deeper look.

@augustus did the 1.3 update break this mod ? (i haven't checked yet, been playing The Forest lately)

Could it be made so when your are leading an army as the general that you burn off weight? compensate for more weight for more feasts and hunts? lol or if you have the athletic trait, there ya have it go for a jog.

I balanced the feast's weight effect a little with hunts (see description) , if you do equal amounts of both, you should be able to keep your weight in check a little better.

Feasting was almost twice as bad as a hunt was good for you

@nekro from the feasting itself ? (which i consider a valid consequence) or is there something about the timer i missed ? (could be, it would have to be in a different file)
