It does change the model of even the prop and the driveable APCs of other addons, as well, so it SHOULD be on "effect", but most other model-replacement addons use the "NPC" tag, so I am not sure.

If it works like an NPC, acts like an NPC and has NPC coding in it, it's an NPC, no matter if KosterZetro actually made the code or just reskinned the NPC; The item itself is an NPC still.
