My M240b weapon is having a texture error what can I do

I understand that this gun's recoil would be difficult to handle, but why not have a functioning bipod? The model clearly shows that it has one, and other Insurgency weapons that have bipods actually work. Someone should recreate this weapon with a functioning bipod, or maybe the original creator should update this.

It is a bit difficult to fire with the recoil, but I think that's intentional since this isn't the kind of gun you would be carrying around and firing like a rifle.

it's an issue with all weapons using mwr shared's echo mechanics. the fix would be the removal of such thing from the weapon. same thing used to happen with AK 7.62 sounds from my packs.

There seems to be a bug with the firing sound upon the user's death. When a player is killed while firing the M240B, the firing sound continues for the user and the surrounding players until 'stopsound' is typed into the console. While this will not stop me from using this weapon in PVP combat, it tends to be frustrating to deal with continuously. Is there any chance this be fixed?

@crash2 any belt fed gun is going to have a lot of spread due to the firerate, weight, and the small round. this gun is pretty fucking good. so go shove your 0% spread guns up your ass.

why would i want to use a sniper when we are talking about an LMG? and umm there is a bipod on this gun. why cant i use that? this gun is impossible to use with that much recoil

@crash2 Use a sniper rifle then. This is a machine gun mainly used for suppression.
