You're not the only one with this problem.
(I think KeenSWH use unsigned values. This reduces the high value BY HALF and explains why a value above the half is reversed and the ships don't move anymore.)
I owe you my dreadnaught because I was literally about to give up on this mod until I saw your comment.
The gyro selection is pretty misleading (the main problem i've seen so far, which Prof.Liebstrumpf should correct).
I've used the gyros on a super super dreadnought (way too heavy, in termes of PCU) and i was forced to throttle them down ...
Your welding tool should indicate "Gyroscope +100000%". If not, you've placed the wrong gyros, the vanilla ones.
