I believe fuel cutoff is labeled as "Fuel Valve" and bleed air is on the right side of the engineer panel.

Hey Enzocats me and my friend would like to know if we could have permission to use your 707 model to make a KC-135 model
We'll be emptying out the cabin, adding a boom and boom operating station, resting quarters, a new livery for it, and of course it'll need more fuel storage but other than that we'll be keeping it the same

at this point its just an issue with the traction and the plane's mass, i can't turn up the grip on the tires any more so there's not really anything i can do about that
