How is it a hot take? Why do people feel so compelled to defend US healthcare? It's a terrible system and we have it far worse than the majority of countries whose defense budget's we are paying.

We have a navy 10 times the size of the rest of the worlds' combined and yet a serious illness or even having a baby with the wrong coverage can leave an average family financially ruined. Something is wrong with that picture.

Yep, I understand what prompt you to create this mod. I felt the same way. I reduced the grants to 10% and doubled the insurance payments. Now it looks less a non for profit and resembles a real Hospital. Good concept!

Hello, i'm new to the game, but i love it. i played scenarios and sandbox, what i realized is that if playing in SB with out free building, it's really diffcult to keep up with the patients request and make money, i tried ur mod and it's wonderful it's what u need to keep up with patient request and keep building ur hospital, what i realize is that X3 money makes the game really easy, i looked around but couldn't find anythiung else, so here's my question, do you think is possible to low a bit the insurance payment? idk how much will be "fair" but i was thinking maybe X1.5 or X1.75... what u guys think about that? i dont want to give u trouble, but i really don't know how to do it by my self! thank you very much! greaaaaaaaat MoD anyway!
