is there a blueprint?
I really liked your Hack Stopper Helmet mod — simple, effective, and very useful. I’ve uploaded a Spanish translation to help more players enjoy it.
You’re fully credited as the creator, and I’ve included a link to the original mod. Let me know if you’d like me to take it down or make any changes.
Thanks for your work!
Tested with the Reaver Start added by Living World and I haven't seen a single Reaver with a Masked Helmet. :)
I have created and submitted a Japanese language mod.
If you have any problems, please contact me.

But since there are many blueprints, maybe you have to try more than once at the traders.
After they refreshed their inventory?
And I put this at the bottom of my load order to make sure.
Best regards,
- Captain Rockhopper
Good news: I found it, and its always there.
Bad News: It's in Drifter's Last, the most south western city on the map, and a hell of a long journey to get there.
What normally is a private armory is now public, and on the roof will be a armor trader that should have the blueprints. The only reason I found this was because I was testing out a custom start I was making and it started me there.
Likely to be a little bit though, unfortunately very busy with college atm.
