Ever wonder why Reavers, one of the faction with foothold in Kenshi universe doesnt even have its own footwear?

Want to look more badass in your slaver role-play without losing the aesthetic of being one?

If you say yes then i got a mod for you!

Introducing, Hack Stopper Shoes!


👀[WHAT IS THIS?]👀
This mod added medium footwear into the one faction that need it the most, Reavers
So instead of wearing that ugly plated boots they would wear this.

Blueprints of the footwear can be bought at United Cities armor vendors


🚩[COMPABILITY]🚩
Compatible with any mod, if you encounter with any problem leave a comment below and ill try my best to fix them.

Pair awesomely with Hack Stopper Helmet by Forks for better immersion

Don't forget to import your save files or start a new game for the mod to take effect.

@Cavanoskus thanks for the feedback man! ill make sure to implement on it somewhat. i accidentally flushed my system so i need to grab my backup to do the changes

The other small changes I made in my patch:
- The blueprint didn't seem to actually be added anywhere (no vendor list changes in the FCS), so I added it to the UC armor vendors (including the Heft armor shop which uses a different vendor list) and to the library in Black Scratch.
- Valamon didn't have the shoes; I added them to him.
- I rewrote the description of the shoes to fix spelling and make it flow better; my version is this:
Footwear suspiciously similar to that used by the Crab Raiders, but only in outward appearance. These shoes are light and padded, making them much more comfortable for continuous wear.

Please feel free to take any of these changes and put them directly in your mod!

I also noticed the shoes are Metal Plate while the rest of the armor is Leather but I didn't change this, I wanted to ask about it first in case you did it this way intentionally. Let me know what you think about all this when you have time. :)

I made a patch for Living World, which adds some more Reaver types:

I also have a patch for Living World and Hack Stopper Helmet, so I also made a merged version that will patch Living World with both the Hack Stopper Helmet and Shoes. Also, I love the shoes and thank you so much for making this. I'm surprised it took me so long to find it!

My patch also makes a couple small changes but I'll discuss those in a separate comment. Thanks again for this mod.

looks kind of like modified crab shoes, but i don't mind
