Broken my PC, it makes me to replace motherboard, processor and RAM.
Fukken Covid-19 and some extended ♥♥♥♥ makes me hate all that things around.

Much as I would like to agree with chubby, no. Modders have zero responsibility to maintain their content past the point where they no longer desire to.

Aside from a very few modding teams that make content for their portfolios or for recompense, we do this ♥♥♥♥ for F R E E because it's content we like and are willing to share. If you want updates for something you like, you have two options: Wait for the author or someone else to do it, or do it yourself.

Please, either update the mod or delete it.

You do have some sort of responsibility to keep your mods up to date when so many people subscribe to them.

I wouldn't upload a mod that I didn't intend to keep update.

Sorry, but Kislev is in it's own culture group (as southern realms, but there only kislev in this group). If you have any mod that puts Kislev in Empire culture subgroup then you could confederate, but my mod do not do that.

Sorry but it looks like coded somewhere else. Starting from the Rome 2 times I could not find how to remove that condition. But that is my dream. I want to confederate with Southern Realms and Kislev!

So, if I have this mod installed, can I, as the Empire, confed say a Bretonnian faction or an Elven one? What precisely does this mod do? I'm sorry, I can be spectacularly stupid and easily confused.

If you make an optional weakening of your condition (7) allowing humans to confederate regardless of culture (empire with bretonnia and teb) I will try!
