Unrestricted Confederations (Updated at least! - 05 nov 2021)

Sorry for the long no-see, human-things!
Now need to test-test that blueprint of mod, yes-yes!

Tried to make that mod-thing usable, yes-yes!
Need to test things. Tested for Moulder clan and it works.

This mod is updated Unrestricted Confederations mod.
The original one is cannot be updated because of damned new mod launcher.
Updated Version was made via creating new user in Windows with adminitrator rights only to upload and deleting it after. So much pain in my ass...
This so bad and user-unfriendly method makes me SCREAM in TOTALLY WARP-FUELED UNCONTROLLABLE RAGE!!!111

So, anyway, what we have here:
1) This mod removes an 4-5 turn cooldown between succesfull Confederation attempt and an ability to propose new one to other country.
2) This mod is much better with "Easy Diplomacy"-kind of mods.
3) This mod is much better with mod that control diplomacy confederate options via scripts (mod tools) or by editing rules tabs. No, this mod is not changing anything in database, only a part of script.
4) This mod DO NOT check Tomb Kings leaders limit. So if you have not enough free armies limit then any joined kings will disappear. Be warned!
5) This mod DO NOT fix a Vampire coast quest for unique items. So if you confederate with ghostly singer, dread captain, joker captain or fishy ♥♥♥♥♥ then some of them will not be able to build their special buildings on their ship decks and progress in their quests. You need anything else to fix that.
6) This mod DO NOT remove a debuff penalty on a confederation event. You still able to confederate as many times as you like in one turn, but the debuff stays for it's legitimacy 4-5 turns.
7) This mod DO NOT remove the requirement to be in one cultural group (you still need to be a Skaven to confederate with other skaven, you cannot confederate with Kislev).

As in a previous version, I need you to test that thing.
